Isla Eden is not just a shop — it’s a living ecosystem. Everything we offer is born from our farm, our partners, and our community in the Philippines. What makes Isla Eden subscription boxes different from other boxes?

Most subscription boxes are curated by trend. Ours are guided by season, harvest, and community. Each Isla Eden box is shaped by what our land produces and what our partner communities create at that moment. No fillers, no mass‑produced goods — only thoughtful, small‑batch items with real origins and real hands behind them. It’s not about surprise for surprise’s sake; it’s about meaning.

How often will I receive a subscription box?

Our boxes are released quarterly, aligned with the natural rhythm of the year. Think of them as seasonal chapters — each one reflecting what’s being grown, made, and discovered during that time. This pace allows us to honor sustainability, avoid overproduction, and ensure every item inside feels intentional.

What kinds of products come in the subscription boxes?

Each box may include natural soaps, coconut-based goods, pantry items, home essentials, or lifestyle pieces — main ingredients sourced or made in the Philippines. The mix changes every season because nature changes. What stays consistent is our commitment to clean ingredients, ethical sourcing, and products that feel useful, beautiful, and grounded.

Every box will always include one (1) Isla Eden Soap, alongside the seasonal goods we are currently crafting. Each season is guided by the rhythms of the earth, and we work in harmony with what nature responsibly provides.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in either the Philippines or the United States, depending on which location offers the best technology, quality control, and resources to create the highest-quality product.

We intentionally stay close to the heritage of our main ingredients — especially heirloom crops and natural commodities originating from the Philippine archipelago. We work in partnership with farmers, artisans, and small producers, prioritizing ethical sourcing, fair collaboration, and methods that honor both tradition and the environment. Nothing is outsourced purely for convenience.

What makes your soap special?

Our soaps are simple by design. We use cold pressed virgin coconut oil and plant‑based ingredients, made by hand in small batches, without unnecessary additives. They’re gentle, functional, and rooted in traditional practices — the kind of soap meant to be used daily, shared by the family, and trusted on your skin. There is no green washing; it’s quality you can feel.

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for us — it’s the framework for every decision. From using whole crops and minimizing waste, to supporting closed‑loop farming systems and community livelihoods, we ask one question constantly: Does this honor the land and the people who depend on it? If the answer is no, we don’t make it.

Can I customize my subscription box?

Not at this time — and that’s intentional. Our boxes reflect what’s available, ready, and responsibly produced each season. By trusting the process, you receive something honest rather than something forced. It’s the same way food is shared at a family table — you’re given what’s been prepared with care.

Do you ship internationally?

Our first seasons will begin in the United States, allowing us to thoughtfully establish our standards, refine our processes, and build a strong foundation. From there, we look forward to bringing Isla Eden home to the Philippines, and eventually sharing it with a global community. Each step is guided by care, intention, and respect for the lands and people who make this work possible.

Can we visit Isla Eden?

Quarterly Members are invited to experience Isla Eden beyond the product. Through our partnership with Stefanie Grace Inn, members can visit our farm and take part in guided farm tours that offer a closer look at how our ingredients are grown, harvested, and cared for.

These visits are designed to be immersive and educational, allowing members to walk the land, meet the people behind the work, and witness firsthand our commitment to regenerative practices and mindful production. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with nature, understand the origins of what you use on your skin, and become part of the living story of Isla Eden.

More than a tour, it’s an invitation into our ecosystem of care, transparency, and stewardship.
